Learners will participate in an experimental, hands-on activity to turn concepts and technique into action. The course concludes with an exploration of both the evolution and future of supply chain engineering and management. This is presented within the context of the modern supply chain, offering a totally new immersive and leading-edge experience.
 

Course Content
  • Introduction (half day – 3.5 hours)

Problem-based session with immersive serious game for performance-based supply chain management
Introductory lecture to review the serious game and deliver an orientation map for the course

  • Fundamentals (full day – 7 hours)

Asynchronous content sharing on the core concepts of this course.
Asynchronous exercises and practices for applying principles to real situations

  • Immersive Performance Management (full day – 7 hours)

Interactive lecture covering the original and innovative concepts of the PeM4DeM approach that are highlighted by the instructor's expertise
